Adjuvants Plus Inc. was incorporated in Ontario, Canada on July 14, 2000 as a privately owned development company with a head Office in Kingsville,Ontario.

The two principals are Bill Brown and James Stewart who by using their expertise, have built a successful business developing value added technologies for the Agrocultural Chemical and Biological Industry.
