Business Structure

Adjuvants Plus Inc. was incorporated in Ontario, Canada on July 14, 2000 as a privately owned development company with a head Office in Kingsville,Ontario.

The two principals are Bill Brown and James Stewart who by using their expertise, have built a successful business developing value added technologies for Ag Chemical and Biological Industry. In June 2006, Bill Folliott joined the company as CFO and as part of the team, directs and manages the business finances and helps build shareholder value.
