	Dr. Bill Brown, President, has over 25 years marketing and sales experience with CIBA-Geigy and Zeneca Agro.  Dr. Brown received his Ph.D. in Horticulture from the University of Minnesota and an M.Sc/B.Sc. Of Botany, Plant Protection from the University of Guelph, Ontario.  Dr. Brown owned a major Lawn Care and Pest Control Company, taught Custom Applicator courses and has been active in agricultural and garden radio broadcasting for over 10 years. 	Jim Stewart is Vice President of Business Development/Regulatory Affairs. Jim has over 25 years of adjuvant development experience having been involved in the development of novel adjuvants such as Merge, Dash, Turbo Charge, Charge, etc. Jim has executive management experience in senior positions with firms such as BASF, ICI, Zeneca and Novartis.  He has extensive experience in managing a variety of successful businesses including agrochemicals, seeds, pharmaceuticals, consulting (KPMG) and public relations.  He holds degrees in Forest Engineering, Entomology and Toxicology. 	Bill Folliott, Chief Financial Officer, has a professional accounting designation (CMA) and has an extensive background in accounting and financial management. Bill’s previous position was as Financial Controller in the agri-food business for a major Canadian company.  Bill has been a Director of Adjuvants Plus Inc. for the past 7 years.
